and conditions
1. Check-in
- Check-out:
Arrivals and departures take place on Saturday. Arrival time is at 4:00pm.
Departure time at 10:00am.
2. Required
standards:
All facilities are in good working conditions and any complaint concerning
these facilities occurred more than 24 hours after the entry of the
property won't be able to be admitted. The repairs made necessary by
carelessness or negligence of the facilities will be charged to the
tenant.
. Obligation to look after the quietness of the neighbourhood by the
tenants.
. Obligation to return the lodging cleaned. On their departure, the
tenants agree to leave the whole property as clean as they have found
it on their arrival.
. The furniture and the equipments listed on the inventory should be
in their place as they were found, in order to facilitate the inventory
check on departure.
3. Particular
cases:
The number of guests must not exceed seven people included children.
If the case arises, it is subject to the owner's agreement that can
refuse the supplementary people, an extra charge will be applied.
4. Interruption
of the stay:
In case of an unanticipated interruption of the stay by the tenant,
the price of the rental remains the same even though this interruption
is due to a case of absolute necessity. It will not be subject to any
refund, except the deposit if there is no damage at the time the tenant
vacates the property.
5. Inventory
of fixtures and inventory:
Inventory of the fixtures, furniture and the various facilities will
be done at the beginning and end of the stay by the owner and the tenant.
An inventory will be established and will be signed. The tenant will
have 24 hours to contact the owner with any discrepancies noted. After
this time limit, the rented goods will be considered exempt of damage
at the tenant's entry.
If the owner notes some damages at the departure time of the tenant,
he should inform the tenant within 48 hours by registered letter with
acknowledgment. Consequently, there will be a time limit of two months
after the date of departure to credit the deposit deduction made from
the damages, from the loss of the objects, etc
With regard to the damages, they will be subject to a deduction from
the deposit whose amount will be determined by amicable agreement between
the owner and the tenant.
The lodging is rented furnished. The house linens are provided: Sheets,
blankets, pillowslips, kitchen wipe napkins, bathrobes, bathroom towels,
pool towels.
The expenses for water, electricity, the maintenance of the swimming
pool (non heated) are included in the price of the rental.
Four hours of weekly housekeeping is included in the price of the rental,
regardless of the length of stay.
However, after check-out we will charge renters an additional 25 €uros
an hour for housekeeping if, at the end of the stay if it turns out
that more cleaning is necessary to return the house to a level at which
the renters found it when they arrived.
6. Animals:
All tenants accompanied by an animal must have the owner's previous
agreement.
7. Swimming
pool use:
In accordance with the laws and decrees in force, the swimming pool
is equipped with a normalized alarm device to warn any child drowning
( NF P90-307 safety standards "ALPOOL" swimming pool alarm).
The occupants are required to respect and to make the foreseen use rules
respected according to the legal texts. The respect of the regulation
is under their only and unique control. All breaches on this point are
under their only and unique responsibility. In any case the owner won't
be responsible from the non application or non respect of the legal
prescriptions and conditions of use of the safety device recommended
by the manufacturer.
A safety
device does not replace the vigilance of the responsible adults. They
must keep a constant and active surveillance. They must read and must
know the safety instructions of the installed device itself. This device
ensures the protection of the young children only in locked position.
Never let a child reaching the swimming pool alone, nor let him or her
alone or leave him or her off the eyes, even for a short period of time.
8. Deposit
and guarantee:
The amount of the deposit is fixed at €1,2OO.
No key will be provided before all payments, balance and deposit are
paid. All delay of payments by the tenant that can lead to a delay of
a booking confirmation will not give the right to any refund or compensation
even though the renting period is partially or completely reduced because
of the delay.
This deposit of guarantee will be returned to the tenants on their departure
after all inventories are done.
In case of loss or damages of any facility elements caused by the tenant,
the amount of this deposit will be deducted for the cost of repair or
replacement expenses. This on presentation of the invoices by the owner
and a maximum time limit of two months. If the deposit is not enough,
the tenant agrees to pay the balance upon presentation of the invoices.
This deposit won't be able to be considered as a payment of the rental
itself.
9. Payment:
The booking will become confirmed at the moment the tenant returns a
signed copy of the contract accompanied by a corresponding deposit representing
30% of the total amount of the rental before the date indicated on the
mail that will be addressed to the tenant.
If the contract is not returned before the indicated date, the booking
will be cancelled.
A receipt will be sent to the tenant for payment of all transactions.
The balance of the rental should be paid 15 days before the date of
the tenant's arrival otherwise the booking will be cancelled.
All unpaid reservations are automatically cancelled.
10.
Conditions of cancellation:
All cancellations must be notified by registered letter.
In case of cancellation of the contract by the tenant, due to any unforeseen
event (accident illness, case of absolute necessity or unexpected event)
the collected deposit will be retained by the owner.
11.
Booking procedure:
The usual procedure to book a reservation is the following and is done
through e-mail (or phone call) and post office:
- The tenant
will ask by e-mail (or tel.) if the property is available at the period
requested,
- The owner will confirm by e-mail (or tel.) if the property is available
at the period requested,
- The tenant will provide his or her address, telephone number, the
number of guests and the age of the children if the case arises,
- The owner will send (by post office) the contract of rental ( two
copies) to the address of the tenant,
- The tenant will send back (by post office) within eight days both
contracts fully filled, signed with the agreement mentioned "Lu
et Approuvé" (="read and approved"). These contracts
will be accompanied by a check representing 30% of the total amount
of the rental,
- After the owner cashed the check, he will send back a receipt and
one of the two contract signed by himself.
The reservation
will become real after 30% of the total amount of the rental is collected.
The balance will be paid to the owner at the latest 15 days before the
arrival at the property.
A deposit of guarantee check for an amount of €1,200 must be provided
before the keys are given.
